Get Stage Ready Workshop for Female Competitors

This work shop is to ensure all competitors feel confident on stage and to learn the secrets to stage presence and appearance.

The Get Stage Ready Workshop has been hosted  in Australia, Singapore, Dubai, Philippines and worked with IFBB Ms. Bikini Olympia - Ashley Kaltwasser in Italy. 

 

Dana will be hosting her popular global workshop on the 4th June in Malta 2017.  Its a 3 hour work shop and it includes:

• What bikini styles and colours best suit your body type
• How to walk in your stage shoes and pose
• How to apply competition tan for the best results
• How to high light your face for stage, under the bright lights
• Best hair styles for stage to stand out
