Your 14 point checklist to get ready for your competition 12 weeks out:

1) Choose the federation and the comp date that you will compete in and start getting focused

2) Find yourself a good trainer that has experience in competing to guide you along the right path for your 12 week journey

3) Start following your eating plan/ diet

4) Start following a good training schedule to get your body in to shape

5) Make sure you follow your plan of attack till comp date for eating and training to be on target

6) Start looking in to your trunks/ bikini and book them in

7) Start getting your accessories such as shoes and Jewellery

8) Book your hair, make up and spray tan and other beauty necessities

9) Book in for your posing coaching so you feel confident on stage

10) Make sure you confirm your registration day for your comp and your music is done if needed as you don’t want to miss out

11) Book a photographer as it’s great to get shots done while you are in good shape

12) Do a dress rehearsal to make sure everything is right: trunks/ shoes/ jewellery

13) Confirm all you appointments for hair, makeup and tanning
